In the course of our complex care case management, we carry out CC (Common Criteria), CHC (Continuing HealthCare) and DST (Decision Support Tool) assessments and reviews.
We carry out DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards), Best Interest and Mental Capacity Assessments.


We assist clients in making their Personal Independence Payment claims, and Disability Benefits claims, making sure they do not miss out on their rightful care funding.

Natalija qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1999 and specialised in the field of neurological and spinal cord injury. Her career has included working as a Senior Nurse at the National Neurology Hospital, Queen Square, London for over 12 years before commencing work as a Senior Case Manager at the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre, Stanmore. She then joined the operational management team and became a Director of Clinical Services at The North London Hospice and became a Nurse Lead Investigator at NHS Professionals. Being part of the Clinical Governance team led to a natural progression into an expert witness role.

Natalija is a strong advocate for clients and their families and is very passionate about client-centred care. She has worked with clients who have sustained spinal injuries on every level, as well as many other neurological conditions. She is exceptionally skilled with discharge coordination and understanding the importance of individual choice of lifestyle and adaptation in the community. Her role as a clinical nurse investigator requires proficiency and effectiveness and the ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, support workers, local authorities and legal representatives.
Natalija has developed and established management and organisational skills to enable her to be efficient when identifying a range of needs for clients with complex and multiple needs, such as property adaptations, specialist equipment, tailor-made, bespoke care packages, and funding packages. She makes recommendations based on her experience and knowledge in clinical reasoning and is proficient at report writing and presenting cases. She offers a highly professional and proactive approach to her work and is highly competent to work as an expert witness within the spinal cord injury and multi-trauma field.

Bola acted as care coordinator for several designated patients and care for their needs, and participated in assessment of patient's current and future needs, stipulating individual care plans appropriate for their needs, recording guidelines to living independently in the community. She has assisted patients with budgeting, social care, utility bills, health appointment and ensuring they live in a safe and secure environment. Her development is under the Department of Health Assessment Framework.
Bola also specialises in risk assessment procedures and ensuring physical health check is carried out periodically. Assess patient's risk and harm to others in the community. She is experienced in the administration of prescribed medications, and in monitoring side effects and a patient's mental state after administration. She prepares and produces written and oral reports within pre-determined timescales, and liaises with external and internal agencies, patients and their families promoting good relationships between them.
She has attended MDT, appraisal, supervision meetings, CPA review meetings and welfare visits.

Her career has included working as a main support worker and care coordinator for a complex spinal cord injury client with complex mental health. Senior clinical social worker at CANHS North West London Services and active case manager at NJ Case Management.
